Between Kraków and Tyniec there is a beautiful bicycle route along the shaft flood protection of the Vistula. It is an ideal option to spend free time also for families with children. The route mainly leads along an asphalt path marked as the Amber Greenways Trail. For the participants of the trip await the amazing views offered by the Vistula valley with the scenic view of Camaldolese Church in Bielany. For active people it is possible to vary the cycle route with further attractions such as, for example, the lagoon Zakrzowek in an old limestone quarry or the Kosciuszko Mound. The culmination of the trip is a visit to the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec, where, in addition to the magnificent architecture of the monastery with 1000-years history, the visitors can also enjoy traditional Polish dishes.
